sounds like a fun event. might have to make it a point to go up there for this. does the Pontiac Oakland Club International have a website by chance? id like to check it out.
im from lexington as well, but i dont think ive seen your formula around. have you heard of the South Carolina F-Body Association? our website is www.scfbaonline.com/forums. the majority of our members are from the midlands area too. we try to get together and do meets and things like that as much as possible. sign up and introduce yourself.
I have not heard of the SCFBA, but I am interested and will try to check it out. I've got a 2year old daughter so my automotive exploits have been cut back.
The Formula is well, napping. When my daughter came along, I needed something more family oriented. Enter the 06 Grand Prix GT (Superchargers ROCK!). With 249,000 miles on the 305, the '88 is in need of some attention before I can unleash it again. Till then, you may see me in my screaming yellow '77 TA, or more likely my wife's Blahzer with the family.
I hope to see all of you in Greenville, but if not we are trying to put something together for the SC midlands later in the summer!

were you at the fatboy's cruise in yesterday by any chance? i saw a yellow 2nd gen there, thought it could have been you.
No, wasn't me. I'm still trying to put my life back together after three weeks on the road for the company. Actually I'm kind of shocked that there is more than one yellow firebird in this area, I thought that they all got painted black For some reason, I keep missing the show at Fatboys. Must be a conspericy by my wife.
Now for a little update on the show...I just ain't payin attention these days. The place is the Quaker STEAK and Lube. 10 Chrome Drive, Greenville, SC.
I understand there is a $5 registration fee (let's just call it what it is...covercharge). Free to come an look though.
