what's up guys,
my rear end on my formula is prety much close to going out on me and i know it would more expensive to rebuild than to just put on a used one. i am looking for something like 3.42-3.73 with posi but at this point i am not being picky. thanks.

Joe, aka 84L69TA, has a rear for sale. I was going to buy it from him and I saw you were interested in it. I haven't heard from him since before TGO went down again. But I have decided to rebuild mine with 3.73's.

yeah thanks. i really need this rear as mine is starting to grind a bit so i know its not far from dying on me.

Have you checked the fluid? I heard that you must put in GM rear fluid and posi additive or else you will get some gear chatter. Which is fine, it just sound horrible. Maybe you are low or put in the wrong stuff recently?

yeah i think i am low because i know my pinion seal is broken and i can't find a place to buy one to even replace it. however, the rear was starting to whine and from what i read on several topic posts that means the bearings are bad. i could just need new fluids but if that doesnt work, i would rather put on a new rear than to try to replace all the bearings and seals in the rear, mostly because i am young and i dont have the knowledge on rebuilding rears.

I have a complete rear for sale. 3.23 posi and disc brakes. Now asking $200. Need to get rid of it. Located in glendale, and can deliver. 623-340-5395...Joe
