Anyone done rockers before?

I will be swapping heads on my motor in the next week or so, but the only problem that I might have is the rockers. I've done rockers in my GTP, but it was really simple. I've read the steps involved with our motors and it's a bit involved and I don't want to mess things up. If you have time and you can stop by and point things out, no messy greasy hands for you, i'll spring for lunch or 12 pack of beer for you. I'll also be installing headers, swapping injectors, water pump. I figure, I might as well since the car is down. But I only need help with the rockers, so afterwards you can jet on out if you like.

LMK.

It's pretty easy, don't be scared . Just get the lifter at the base of the cam and tighten the rocker until it's touching the pushrod. It should just be touching, not clamping it. Then give it an extra 3/8-1/2 turn, booyah . You can also do it while the engine's running, but that's an entirely different animal.

Make sure your springs can handle the lift of the new rockers. If you have stock springs and are running anything larger than an LT1 cam, you may need new springs.
