Can any tell me what the smog laws are out in tempe, i might be moving out there and my car does not have air tubes but i do have a cat,but not in the factory location.

I bought my car from Sacramento and had it shipped here to Tucson..the laws are basic if the car came with a CAT and Smog from the factory it needs to be there..if its not working they really dont care as long as its appears to be operational and you pass the idle and cruise readings.You guys in CA have more tests and strict readings to pass.If you pass there you shouldnt have any issues here..as long as you have your smog pump etc. still there.I have to keep mine on as it came like that..they inspect under the hood but half the time those guys dont know what they are looking at?
