90 Corvette long block for sale
I'm swapping out a long block in a friend's 90 Corvette and was wondering if anyone was interested in it. It has 198000 miles on it and it runs, my friend just wanted to know that the engine was in good shape so he bought a reman. The core charge is $600 if anybody wants it and you would have to come get it or I may deliver as far as Tucson, I'm in Sierra Vista.

So is it a 1990 Corvette L98 roller block 350 with aluminum heads?
Or a remanufactured older block? Id be impressed with the driver
who already put 198,000 on a LS1!

Not saying there isnt, but DANG! Alot of driving in only a few years!

$600 is a little steep for me. Too bad too, because I'm going to Sierra Vista tonight and staying the weekend.

Thanks for the replies guys. TPI has it right, it is the L98 roller with aluminum heads. My friend wanted to keep and rebuild it for his wife's 87 Corvette but the $600 core is a bit much for him also. I should have it out this weekend, I got a good start last night so if anyone is interested I'll try to check my e-mail several times a day.

My buddy Jason does want it, but is on the road right now (stuck in Connecticut) and isn't sure when he would be home. Also, not sure if he would have the money right away. I might be able to help him out, but I'll have to see when he gets home.
