Every Friday night on the north east side of San Antonio in Live Oak, Tx, starting around 6pm and ending promptly at 11pm is an open car meet at Biff Buzby's Burgers at the corner of IH-35N and Toepperwein Rd, across from Northeast Methodist Hospital. The meet is open to all car and motorcycle types, from rat rods to customs to classics to modern. In winter there is no charge, but come spring when they bring the live DJ out they ask for a $5 parking charge that goes towards a $5 food coupon (so it kinda evens out). You can also bring your own food and drink, folding chairs, and your friends. Depending on weather conditions the turn out is usually fairly good, on good nights the place is absolutely packed, so come early. We have a few 3rd gen owners that show regularly, as well as many 1st, 2nd, 4th, and even a few new Camaros. It's a great way to meet other enthusiasts, show off your car, learn new tips and tricks, or just see a lot of great cars. Be aware that the lot MUST be cleared 11pm, so be ready to leave before then.
