SAFBC members meet there on the first and third Friday of every month. Due to scheduling conflicts, we are meeting there on Friday, 4/12 at ~9:00pm. We do not get "kicked out" because we have permission from the owner of Discount to be there.

So, does that mean we can be there or not? I would like to find a place for some of us to meet up. Willie, are you going to be out there tonight? Anyone else going to show up or are most of you going to test and tune? I should be out about 9:00 tonight. Thomas
Anyone with an F-body can be there. I told some of the club officers at our monthly meeting last Tuesday that some "prospective members" might show up Friday night.
There was also some talk about meeting at Coaches Deli (5143 E Speedway) instead of Discount. So if you don't see anyone in the Discount lot, try Coaches.
I most likely will not be there. I'm working on a wide-band O2 sensor circuit and need to have the 30-LED display done by tomorrow, when I go to Tim's house to finish the board. I've got a long way to go.
Well, Willie, who else will be there then? I dont know that many people from the board. Do I just pull up in my car and say hi? You need to be there to get us all going in the right direction. Thomas

Meeting at Coaches is pointless........there is always a TON of cars there, all non-thirdgen, although on Fridays there arent' as many cars there.....on Saturday's there is usually so many muscle cars that there is nowhere to park. For tonight I say whoever wants to meet up go to Discount, I don't think the po-po will give us any trouble.
Aziroc........9:00 is way early, I don't usually see people racing or meeting up earlier than 10, because traffic is way too heavy for racing or finding a race I'll go out around 10, maybe 9:30ish. FYI the best racing in Tucson doesn't occur on Speedway........its on Pima between Craycroft and Wilmot after midnight.
I've got an idea. Since I know nobody is going to show up at a certain place at a certain time, everybody just post what there car looks like and when/where they plan on cruising, so we can all look out for each other.
Tonight I'll either be in my Girlfriends 89 RS red with white stripes, or my 78 Grand Prix, flat black with a big hood scoop and mad max stance.
I will be out there about 10:00 and be in my 88 Victory Red (my wife says "Burnt Orange") Iroc Z. Pretty much stock but a LOUD exhaust. I guess I will just drive around, if ya'll see me, just start honking and screaming and I will pull over. Thomas
