It looks like a nice set up, but he never mentions smog. I doubt if he has bothered with a carb eo #. Do you want to install one and take it off every two years and retune for smog? I also don't trust an outfit that seems to offer it only on ebay and doesn't list a kit number and price. He says it is guarranteed, but will he be in business next year at this time?
funny thing is Im surprised it didnt get locked since he not a paying advertiser. Eveyone else selling really cool products gets locked, why is this is different from the rest??
