cold start problem

I have a 89 gta auto with new 355 it seems only to happen when the car is cold. It runs really rough and hesitates then when it warms up its fine. It just started doing it since I just got the car fixed it had a bad fuel pressure regulator so I cahnged that and put it 24# injectors any thoughts
