Hey everyone, for those of you with cool convertibles or know of friends or family members with cool convertibles (all car types from classic Model T's up to modern day expensive exotics).
Here is my favorite event of all time and space. The 16th Annual Valley of the Stars Canoga Park Memorial Day Parade. I will do this event every year for the rest of my life and this year I've got the power. I am the V.I.P. Car Marshal in charge of all the cars, bringing in additional celebrities, designing the official poster, etc.
It's a blast, over 50,000 screaming fans cheering you as you cruise through the streets of canoga park, running red lites and cops won't give you tickets. ahahahah the parade is giant, with lots of floats, marching bands, even a 5 airforce jet flyover. it will be televised live on LA Cityview channel 35 and will get news coverage and publicity.
Bill Sharman (former Lakers Coach, president and rated top 50 NBA player of all time just sent me a letter confirming that he will be in the parade. This guy took the Lakers to that first victory in 1972, breaking the record for every single professional team ever of 33 straight wins (which is still the Lakers record, but Chicago beat us years later, those jerks).
For those with convertibles and I can let in a few that are not convertibles but look really sharp for parade presentation, drop me a line. It's a rush, and the pictures and videos from this event will be worth it.
