Im sorry Brett.. I never described the Ticket Im actually talking about.. This is a ticket when I was coming home from a Tears For Fears concert.. Just a day or so later the front plate ticket came.. Well on this speeding ticket.. I am innocent for what I am being accused of By A Sergeant Highway Patrol.. He got malicious with me b/c I called him Officer.. He accused me for going near a 100 mph.. And if anything my speed fluctuated no more than the speed limit.. Rather it's 65 or 70..
So yeah we know what Vincent means about the Plea.. This Judge himself said they set it speedy trial 45 days.. Each division comes on a certain day.. And if the cop don't show.. More less he is going to use some Court House humor and dismiss the case..
Then if you don't show up for your own court date.. We all know where it goes from there.. Your in trouble no if's but's or about it..
I'm hoping this.. After what I listened an learned in court.. I'm hoping I have the advantage.. Of the Sergeant having something more important to do that day.. And I have corrected other violations.. " I didn't have my insurance in the Malibu Glove Box it was in the Camaro.. So that day in Court I was the only one to dismiss a Proof Of having Insurance that day and even present..
