In order to be So Ca Fastest N/A 3rdgen.. You need to pass smog, registration..

Now Non N/A I don't know what rules we are using.. As of visual for smog with those parts.. There are some of us now with parts that should not pass visual but they do rather it's N/A related or not..

And Im sure we 2nd that..

Really I was just wondering what James was doing.. I thought this would just make him laugh in a sense.. I was just wondering why he was telling Vincent no need to pop hoods etc..

So I hope everything goes well for everyone at Fontana.. Let's have a lot of fun..

I didnt know we were talking NA. New engine wont qualify then, but it will pass sniffer AND visual by the time I am done with it.

im figuring its that because if you dont want to pop Hoods, there must be something visually obvious.. so im guessing its NO2

No naws....straight up playa' haiting and ego busting HP. If it can hold together.....Vincent always comes over and pops my hood anyways.....so I'll have to defend against that. Like I said it will be a one sided race...vincent just needs to contemplate what side he thinks he'll be on

Gene and jerry are in a different league with different goals. His car may burn clean but that doesn't mean it will pass the sniffer. As I said, I would need proof of that before I would say that. And you have no proof.

Doesn't matter if it will pass the actual sniffer or not- what matters is the car has current tags on its own licence plate- not an illegal plate borrowed from another vehicle. I can get anything registered legally(for myself) and there are many others in this state that ccan also that you run the risk of pulling up next to at a traffic light.
