Dyno results

I took my TTA to Import Pros dyno day in Westminster today. I was a little disappointed but learned where I am at.

RWTQ - 530 ft/lb
RWHP - 390 @ 3950 rpms.

My power starts falling off at 4k so I"ll see what I can do to give the top end a little boost, will post the sheet when I get it scanned in.

Doesn't look that bad from my standpoint. You are way above me.

You are disapointed with almost 400 ponies? Ha I would love to be able to say that.

Max power at 3950rpm is interesting though. Maybe you need to upgrade your exhaust system. Maybe a new cam.

Yeah, I was disappointed in the low RPM peak. I'm pretty happy with the max numbers.

I'm only trapping 107's because of my HP drop-off at the end of the track. I have a full SLP exhaust, no cat, and 3" downpipe so there is no where to go on the exhaust. I'm going to try 100# valve springs to see if that helps.

That will do it

I'd be willing to bet it was on a dyno jet do to the torque #'s

How much boost ?

How is your fuel mixture when the power falls off? What do you have between the air cleaner and the turbo? I noticed at our last dyno day that the naturally aspirated cars were experiencing restrictions in the intake unless they had done some mods to the plumbing.

I'm not sure what kind of dyno it was. Stock s2000's where laying down about 200HP, not sure on their torque #'s.

Two Supras showed up, one doing 397 and the other doing over 700 on a single turbo.

I really don't have any intake or exhaust plumbing I can improve. I have a large inlet tube with a K&N so big I had to remove the windhsield fluid reservoir. I have a 58mm TB also. My 02's are solid all through the RPM range so it seems my injectors are keeping up.

I think I'll go with the new valve springs and see if my traps increase. Too much faster and I'll have to get a roll cage

By the way, I only paid $50 for the dyno session
