Looks decent. Z's could be Throttle body as well as TPI. Sounds like a decent deal if it looks that good in person. FYI, in my experience, when a car starts getting hard to find in junkyards (20 years old or so) the prices start to go up on the nice ones. Good luck.

No, only the 88-89 IROC-Z's could be TBI. The 90-92 IROC/Z28's came with TPI standard.
It doesnt say if its a dual cat or single cat car. The difference is the dual cat has the better exhaust system worth 25 more horsepower, and a 10-bolt disc brake rear end with 3.42 gears. The single cat has the smaller exhaust, and a 10-bolt drum brake rear end with 3.08 gears.

The car listed is a 91, so I'd think it should be a dual-cat car. Weren't all 3rd gens from '89 up dual-cat?

Re: i gotta get back in a thirdgen

reasonably if you are going to mod the car (i.e. new motor) the option list sort of takes a back seat so if the real life car is as decent of a platform as the pics make it out to be then it's a slammin deal that I'd be all over. Ill keep my fingers crossed for ya and hope it it is as clean as it appears to be

Re: i gotta get back in a thirdgen

It's a t-top car so that eliminates the possibility for the G92 package, not that it matters though as that is an amazing deal if everthing is legit..
