The headers will need a bolt kit. They are edelbrock calif. emmisions legal, 1-5/8 primaries with 3 inch Y-pipe .... To work on a TBI car I can weld a heat riser for the air cleaner on them for you. They DO NOT have any stripped bolts.
The strut tower brace is for TPI cars ONLY!!!!!!!
the air cleaner is from a 1984 Z-28.

No there Is NOT a catalytic converter on the Y-pipe ... Yes they will work on a TPI car these were originally bought for my 84 H.O trans am however the 4 bolt flange for the catalytic converter has been cut off. this is the higher flowing 3 inch Y-pipe verses the 2-1/2 inch LO-3 LG-4 system so it will flow just fine on a TPI car.
I have a 3 inch extension pipe that I can weld on for you so it will reach your catalytic converter with ease. These are a low mileage set they have somewhere in the neighborhood of approx 9,000 miles on them. the Y-pipe is a matching pipe to the headers.
The CARB label is still attached to the headers as well and all emmisions stuff is intact on these headers. All you need to install them is gaskets and a header bolt kit.
Note .... I'm not sure if I have the o2 sensor extension wire anymore however all you need to do is lenghten your original wire is all.
