1991 3.1L V6 Firebird with approx 150k miles. Runs a little rough from sitting for a while. This car was my baby until I was T-boned by a Yellow Cab. Passenger Side door and window needs to be replaced and there is damage to the rear quarter panel in the doorjam area. Good for a parts car or project. Straight body, decent interior, T-tops. I hate to see her go, but I don't have the budget to fix it. $1200 OBO takes it. Not willing to part out.
can you post better pictures of the damage? and also was the airbag deployed? and is the door jamb areas straight enough to just mount another door on?
The car is located in Silverado and there is an evactuation in effect due to mudslides, so I won't be able to get pics for a few days.
The rear quarter panel doorjamb area is damaged on the passenger side, so that would need to be addressed before mounting a new door. Because it was a side impact, the airbag was not deployed and the entire nose/front end is fine.
Actually I am more interested in this aspect .... with another door in place would it seal/stay securely shut ... Not overly worried if opening and closing it will be an issue. Also I notice front fender damage. Is this cosmetic only or was there damage to the interstructure ...... Also was the car a salvage?

Because the car was struck right about where the door and the rear quarter panel meet, I don't think you'll be able to get the door open without a prybar or a torch. That being the case, it looks very unlikely that a new door will stay latched without repairing the quarter panel.
There is no damage to the front fender (that's the reflection of the car in the next stall).
The title is clean and has never been salvaged. It will have to be soon though if I can't get rid of it. Here is another pic taken at the scene of the accident. It's a little blurry, but I'll get some better pics up just as soon as I can get back to my house.
