FS: ZZ4/430 Fast Burn motor

I have a ZZ4 fast burn motor built to the zz4/430 specs. I'm selling it for a friend who had it in his 1967 Camaro and is replacing it with a 6.0 LQ9. The motor has only 5000 miles on it and is like brand new.
Spec 430 hp @ 5800
430 ftl bs 4000
4.00 bore
3.48 stroke
4 bolt main
forged 1053 steel crank
powdered metal rods
hyperutectic pistons
low tension rings
Vortec fast burn heads
Gmpp 1.6 roller rockers

Just my for potential buyers. I saw this engine in person when completing a recent transaction with f1ls1. The engine is every bit as nice as it shows in the pics. Also, f1ls1 is an excellent person to to business with.

Now this might be a stupid question but if someone were to put the TPI intake on it with all of its components, would it be smog legal?

With a SDPC type intake and the EGR hooked up yeah, it would pass.

PS: With a custom tune of course.
