| Re: where to take TPI system for porting work You can do it yourself with a die grinder at the top and bottom of the runners. The only way to do it all the way through is to cut the runners apart and then weld them back together after the work is done. Jerry did that with the runners he made for Kevin and Don, but decided afterwards that it was just too much work to do any sort of production run. Using the die grinder on the top and bottom of the runners will do as much good as openning them up all the way through. The main thing you are trying to do is move the "tuned length" up the rpm band. |
