We could also alternate between two locations like we did before. We could do the Fuddruckers in Lake Forest and Lakewood to give the people in SD a chance to join up now and then. The Fudds in Lake Forest has that huge parking lot where they have their Tuesday evening show, so parking together, but apart from the regular patrons wouldn't be a problem.

And yes, they do have a good-sized private dining area.

Re: Ricky & Ronnie's is closed

We have scheduled cruises in San Diego County numerous times because we always here that the San Diego County guys don't want to come North to the Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. We have another one scheduled to Borego Springs for Jan 24. If Hemet is too far for San Diego guys to drive, contact me and we can exchange cell phone numbers via p.m. and do a meet at Warner Springs. So far the response from San Diego is nil. We have actually had a better turn out from the Central Coast, and even a couple of guys have come down from Sacramento to get together with us. Until we see some tangeable evidence of interest on the part of the San Diego people, I see no reason to try to cater to them. We do have some regular members who show up for meets from South O.C., and the Lake Forest Fudd's might be an option to consider.

I haven't seen any objections to doing the next meeting at the Lakewood Fudd's so baring any objections in the next couple of days I will contact them to see if we can schedule the Feb. meeting there.

When/if you get a green light, can you please post the address/directions. I've never been there.

No problem. When I get a green light, or lacking a red light in the next few days, I will start a new thread with all of the info in the first post.

If Lakewood Fudd's is willing to let 10-25 crazy thirdgenners use their restaurant for our meetings, then I say we try it out for our February 7th meeting. Anyone opposed?

Fuddruckers
5229 Clark Ave
Lakewood, CA
(562) 408-1555

Closest freeways would be the 91 and the 605.
