Scorpion invests in a lot of high-tech machinery, so I expect them to really bring Crane into the 21st century. Top notch company with old school knowledge, plus it will put a lot of good people back to work.

Apparently Scorpion was not able to make the deal happen, was out-bid by S&S Motorcycle products, who only took the electronics and motorcycle valve train properties, but took all copyrights and the name, as well as the inventory. They left the property and all the machines, so when the Crane automotive valve train inventory is gone, there will be no more made. Electronics and motorcycle valve train stuff only.
