Need Help with my headlights

Hey, guys I need help with my headlights. When I turn them on everything turns on like parking lights, and break lights except my headlights. I switch it to high beams and all four turn on but when I switch it back, the low beams will not turn on.

The Switch also could be bad. Mine was. but it was vice versa the high beams wouldn't turn on just low beams. If it was fuse it wouldn't turn at all. Its like 7 or 10 dollars for a new switch just get a new switch. MAKE SURE when you put it in trust me its a pita. But you have to make sure you align it. Its on the side of the steering column. NOT IN it. there is a rod that goes down also to remember when you change this. Make sure you adjust the ignition switch its bolted together. Which IMO is stupid but eh. Just make sure you set it up right or you can burn out the ignition switch if not adjusted correctly.
