Club Christmas Dinner Salad Poll

December 5th will be here before you know it so I’m going to be proactive in course selection in an effort to make sure that we have the right mix of food according to everyone’s tastes. I would like have our dinner order finalized and submitted well before the 5th so all we have to do is sit down and enjoy each other’s company instead of chaotically trying to figure out what everyone wants to eat.

I will be putting up the following polls:

Appetizer
Salad
Pasta
Dessert

Please note that this poll is only going to be open for 7 days. You are also able to make multiple selections in this poll as variety is important. Once you have made your selections I will update the list by placing an asterisk next to your name. I ask that only those of you that have confirmed for the Christmas dinner vote in the poll.

Here is a link to the Buca Di Beppo menu in the event you have any questions regarding the menu items.
http://www.bucadibeppo.com/menu/index.aspx

Thanks for your help everyone.

Re: Club Christmas Dinner Salad Poll

Our current headcount is 28 so we have room for two more people as of now. I wish we could accommodate more people however the restaurant has limited us to 30.

Thanks to all of you that have voted and for those of you that haven’t, I have no way of knowing what you like and without your input therefore can’t be held responsible for not ordering what you like.

There are 4 polls total:

Appetizer
Salad
Pasta
Dessert

Please verify that you have voted on all 4.

Thanks for your help guys

So Mike, how much do you figure this thing is going to cost each person including tip? I need to know how many cans and beer bottles to take down to the recycle center.

Based on what the polls are looking like we should be right at our $20 per person number. Once the polls have closed I will be posting the actual order along with the total and actual cost per person. But as of now we're looking good.

Guess I wont be having salad as Ceasar dressing has anchovy. Any chance of having something more vegetarian friendly?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner... I verified that their Ceasar salad does not contain anchovies. You are welcome to contact the facility yourself if you like just to verify 714-891-4666 ask to speak with the food and beverage manager.

There are many things we eat in this world and some of them we are better off not knowing where they come from, this is one of them.

Thanks for checking. And the apple gorgonzola comes from the bowels of the evil Ford Mustang monster that is always lurking in my rearview mirror.

Btw, to get a bit technical on being a vegetarian, I am what you call a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Dairy and the occasional egg is cool. Just no gelatin, lard, chicken, fish, or meat stocks of any kind. But like I tell my family, I am not a tree hugging hippie as I do like leather interiors in cars, my shoes are leather and my dad was a hunter way back when. And me being fat, well those darn biscuits with butter and pizzas are pure heaven.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone from my family to yours.
