I was wondering if anyone is running the lakewood lift bar lower control arms. The theory looks good, but do they actually work? I was intending on running an aftermarket, crossmember mounted torque arm, and lakewood lower control arms. Then, I saw the "traction action" lift-arms and was wondering which would be better. - anyone?

Go with an adjustable torque arm and tubular control arms and be done with it,check out Spohn's products.I bought the Lakewood "Traction Action" bars and well..they sucked.I then went with tubulars and an adjustable torque arm and have never been happier with the way my car hooks.Just sucks I had to waste money to find this out,please dont make my same mistake.
