Car: 91 Camaro RS Engine: 305 LO3 Transmission: 700-R4 | will bad springs affect steering? a few months ago I replaced all of my steering components from the gearbox down. I got my alignment done afterwords, but my steering still does not seem right.
my car is very floaty, and I can feel every little bump in the road down to a pebble.
I know my springs are bad. they have sagged so much depending on how I pull into my driveway the tire will scrape the top of the wheel well. there is probably about 1inch between the tire and the edge of the fender if I was to measure.
with my springs being that bad would it be what is causing me to still have steering problems? | | |
