The copper crush washers on the front calipers... is one supposed to have a different I.D. than the other, and if so, which one goes between the hose fitting and the caliper. (I did a search and couldn't find anything about different I.D.s.)

I have used washers that were the same and one that was a wee bit smaller on the caliper side. I get them at AutoZone, they have a big tray full behind the counter. Just get the ones that best fit your banjo bolt. As you stated, I put the one with the smaller I.D. on the caliper side of the fitting.
I've had to use them on an Grand Voyager once while I was doing a brake swap. Never dove into my brakes far enough to know if I even have them. However, I like the thicker ones a little better. If you attempt to re-use the washer, stop wasting your time because you cant. Just go out and get a new one. Plus, try not to screw it up the first time :P
