edelbrock stb for tpi 87-92 firebird formula
I just picked up a 3 point edelbrock stb for my 1988 formula 350 tpi at the swap meet for $40. I went to the edelbrock website and it says will not fit 1987-1992 firebird formulas. Does anyone know why?Thanks

the hood clearance i believe. not much more different than a regular firebird like a transam than the hood so i assume that may be the problem.

just test fit it and see what happens, might just need some adjusting or removing of some of the material from the hood if it hits.

i had it never did install it, just sold it and never got the kenny brown one yet.

I think the fornula hood is the problem.
