Crager Street Stars

Hey - I have the same tire on a 15 x 8" in the rear of my '84 and it did rub at first with no spacer. I had to replace my rear original coils (125,00 miles) and that did the trick. I don't believe that wheel has any backspaceing options.

so do you think i could get it to fit, might i have to get a hammer, or a sawzawl, back there to make em fit, or maybe a wheel spacer

Like I said before. The factory does not offer a backspacing option on that wheel. Besides it sounds like you already have the wheels. They all fit the inside of the wheel well the same if it is a 8" or 10". The extra 2" in your case would make the wheel stick out (away from the car) 2 extra inches beyond mine. And, mine stick out of the wheel a bit more than I would like with the exact same tire you have. The new coils did the trick for me but if you have power tools and want the wheels bad enough ,....I suppose you could do some cutting. I wouldn't but its your call. If you have lowered it at all, I wouldn't even attempt those wheels. Maybe someone can explain "backspacing" better than I but I know there is nothing you can do to INCREASE the backspacing of these wheels. You need to find wheels with some backspacing options and even then, 10" is alot of wheel.
