help rust on undercarriage!!! - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

guys i have a huge problem, where my crossmember attatches to the frame underneath, i know it doesnt have a frame but today we will pretend it does. anyways i have a hole coming in with rust and im afraid if i dont take care of it soon, it will flex from the torque and pull out totaling the car, how do i repair it and is it expensive? i dont have a welder so i cant take care of it myself. and looking from the front of the car it is on the righthand side please help guys i just want to get her fixed. its a 91 RS

bite the bullet, take it to a shop. a good welder will fix you right up.

oh and another thing, the dumbass that had it before me bottomed out on some tracks tryin to be the dukes of hazzard or some **** and flattened my pinch weld, same thing?? "true story"
