Do I need new wheel studs with new Draglite or Prostar?
If yes, how much longer? Any recomended partnumber?
Same partnumber for front and rear?
And then I need new lug nuts. Any recomended partnumber?
My car is only for street use, dont need to be "strip legal".

Check out ARP. AFAIK, they make the only strong aftermarket studs for our cars. They are much longer than stock, such that centercaps that cover the wheel studs don't usually fit anymore. But they are way stronger and they have a nice "easy-on" snout that makes starting lug nut threads onto them really easy. I doubt you'd need the extra length, but they are much stronger than the crappy stock studs. Check the specs on the wheels you plan to buy to make sure they have the same tapered holes as stock rims. If so, you can use your stock lugnuts or any stock replacement. I still use stock GM nuts, the kind with the outside threads for the cheesy plastic caps (I don't use the caps!). If your new wheels have a shoulder or some other kind of seat for the lug nuts, you need to buy that type of lug nut. With the long studs, whatever nuts you get need to be open all the way through.
you absolutely must use new studs for safety reasons. ARP sells 3" long 12mm studs that fit in the factory rotors and rear axles. this is what you need to run. spend the $25 and be done with it.

I'm confused on this, half the people say you dont need them you just need mag shank lug nuts then the other half say you need longer studs! someone give me a definite answer please!!!
Not just for the legality on the race track but also for the safety on the street, the wheel studs should protrude past the surface of the rim and least the distance equal to the diameter of the stud.
What this means is the 12mm studs should extend at least 12mm (7/16") past the surface and the washer for the nuts.
Draglite and Prostar rims have a thick center which means you need longer studs. Typically 3" studs are used on the rear and 2-1/2 or 2-3/4 are used on the front. You can buy nice wheel nuts that cover the entire stud and have a plastic screw in cap on the end that can be removed in case you go to a track and tech wants to see how long the studs are.
The studs you listed are probably the correct ones. Depending on the knurl size, the holes may need to be drilled out.
