Someone on this board sold me a set of rear 1LE springs. My rears were sacked and the thing bottomed at the slightest bump. The springs I got have a smaller diameter "wire". Is this truly a 1LE spring or did I get taken? With a new set of AGX shocks, it feels fine but I'm suspect. The springs do have a part number tag on them. But I haven't made a note of it, as of yet.
Just look for the worn-out, collapsed, 15-yr-old or more stock garbage ones. Those would be they.
Honestly, I can't believe you actually PAID somebody for old stock springs? Did you really do that? Do they have a 12-step program that could help?

The simplest explanation that fits all the facts is probably the right one.
This from a thread I started on Moog Replacement Springs.
Just checked with my local Chevy dealer on the 1LE springs:
14029396 Front - Discontinued. May be able to order from Chevy VPI.
10018091 Rear - Replaced by 10305134. In stock.
