Hard bump, like a pothole or something may just pop those off the spring and BAM! You've got stock ride height on one side and lowered on the other. Would probably have the same effect as jumping you're car a couple feet off the ground.

You're supposed to use 2 per spring, and clamp a pair of coils together. They arent going to come off on their own, but... they'll both slide around until they're next to each other over time.
I didnt notice much aside of lowering the car. Its far from the right or ideal way to do things, but it works. If you can find a way to keep them from sliding that would be good. I never came up with anything.
I just meant that if the spring is put under heavy compression the coils might hit the pieces that are holding the coils together... that would cause snap over/understeer. Bad news if you aren't expecting it and are in a turn. And, there is a chance that the bolts might work off one and not the other and the spring would be off-kilter.
