Spohn's Spherical Mount Guys

Can I assume they bolt up like the OE version?

Re: Spohn's Spherical Mount Guys

Are these the one's? http://www.spohn.net/?action=product&pid=1148

I have these on my 87IROC. Nice replacements. Bolt up as OE. If I remember correctly, there is a retainer required for pre-87's. I didnt encounter any issue with my install so, double check on that.

Yes, those are the ones. About the retainer, I was the one that brought that issue to the board long ago. Even Spohn himself seemed interested at the time. I wonder how he knew there was a difference in the two retainers :

Re: Spohn's Spherical Mount Guys

really nice piece.
i run a coilover setup.
the lower large plate required a lil trimming around the wheelwell, but it wasnt anything major.
the top plates make the engine bay look sweet as well.
