Suspension Components Torque Specs

So I'm through day one of the my front end rebuild. Suspension and steering. beginning tomorrow morning I plan to do the reassembly. Today was all disassembly. The only thing holding me up at this point are the torque specs. I have searched here and can't find all the torque specs. For example: the nut on the ball joint the spindle attaches too. I've read all about tightening it down while spinning the wheel (don't understand this) but I can't find the actual numbers. Is there a page that lists all the torque specs somewhere. I've also gone through my Haynes manual and it just says to torque to spec. What Spec??? Any help guys?
