Mine does that but nothing is stock.
Tubular k-member and a-arms means I don't have steering stops and can easily turn more than a stock steering system can do. Running 27.5" tall front tires and no steering stops means the tires actually hit the inner fenders when turning really sharp.
My center link is flipped over so I could drop the engine lower. I have no idea if this affects the Ackerman angles.

Lastly, I have very big slicks and a spool which makes turning difficult.
