Ah sorry guys if I went off topic! My bad! Although everyone provided very valuable information about both products (UMI a-arms AND the MOOG springs).
So the summarize:
The UMI a-arms are better overall than stock, offering better handling, strength, performance, lighter weight and better looks and is also designed for daily driving abuse.
The MOOG 5662 front and 5665 rear IROC replacement springs raise the car slightly especially the rear, but it can be cut to preference ("probably" about 3/4 coil needs to be cut to be equal to the rear).
The spring isolators from GM classic parts are the 4th gen ones and are too large and will raise the car quite a bit, so it's better to leave my rear stockers in. Although I think to balance it out I will keep the rear isolators in but i will put new isolators in the front.
