IROC suspension.

I only spent a short time reading, and imagine this has been covered, but if someone is willing to help, I would appreciate it.
I am interested in one of two options...

1) replacing my stock IROC suspension setup with equivalent parts, to maintain what came from the factory.
The problem i come into when i look up parts through local distributors is that they don't list the IROC as a separate model and i don't want to put base model or Z28 components in and loose my IROC benefits.

2)upgrade to aftermarket suspension components.
Similar to above, when comparing products (such as lowering kits) they list numbers relative to what i believe would be a "Stock" car, not the IROC. If i have been informed correctly, my car sits lower than a sport coupe, and if i got a set up that was for a sport coupe, my car would then ride higher than it currently does.

I have read most (if not all) the articles listed on this site that were published (motor trend. hot rod, etc...) and can find out nearly all the stock suspension components from them (i believe), but that hasn't helped in trying to find the replacement parts due to the above mentioned problems.

By the way, my interest comes solely from the age of the car/equipment. As far as i know, I have no failing parts, but i also haven't driven the car in years.

Thanks for any help.

Re: IROC suspension.

what parts are you looking for? the only different parts were sway bar sizes, and springs. Iroc replacement springs are available from moog, but the car will sit higher.
