Re: Having custom order wheels made like Ronal R15
You aren't gonna get a one-off, custom made set of wheels, made for under $2000.
Whaddya wanna do? Take a 80lb hunk of 6061-T6 & have CNC'd down to a custom wheel? Just the cost of the material alone will cost you over $2000 & that's nothing compared to the machine time!
When I was a full-time CNC Mill Operator, I looked into doing that. The labor woulda been free, since I was doing it all myself. But just the material cost alone shot the idea down.

The repro crosslaces are cast centers, pressed/welded into an already existing outer ring the manufacturer makes, thats why they can be made that cheap.
Find someone to makes cast centers & maybe you could get them done, but good luck convincing a manufacturer to tool up to make some & hope to make their $ back & then some.

Simmer down. Stephen answered your questions completely and professionally. He even gave you insight as to why it would be unrealistic. You're the only one being rude here.
