rear passenger tire wobbles

Ive always felt vibration in my car but havnt gotten around to finding out what causes it. Today my brother was following me and said my rear passenger tire was wobbling so i raised the car took the wheel off had it balanced guy said nothing wrong with it I put it on and it still wobbles. Torqed the lugs as much as possible and still wobbles.

Any ideas? Thanks

Before jumping on the bent axle, swap the wheel to the other side and see what happens.

Well it has to be the axel. Ive looked at it and not matter what wheel I put on it, it still wobbles.

Was wondering what all rear axels or cars that would have the same that I could pull? Its the stock 10 bolt one wheels spins.
