Are 1LE calipers the same as C4 calipers?

Are they?

These are the part numbers for the ones I'm considering:

Right front: 12520232

Left front: 12520231

__________________
1989 IROC-Z, LB9, T-5, 3.45 -- pretty fast
1983 Z/28, LU5, 700R4, 2.93 -- half fast
1985 IROC-Z, LB9, 700R4, 3.42 -- it's yellow
Not a "peanut cam" in the bunch.

But it also appears that you can buy the 1LE calipers at most auto parts stores for about $100 or so each.
