Re: Best road course set-up???

Well i may not be much help, but its better than nothing.

I would do all tubular suspension with GOOD rod ends.
-LCAs
-reloc. brackets
-PHB
-Torque Arm, the new trans mount adjustable kind
-K member
-A arms

Then perhaps good brakes?
-check out Ed Miller's site flynbye performance, he'll set you up

Then Driveline
-alumminum driveshaft
-obviously good motor trans and rear, i think a manual would be best for road race

Probably the most important is tires springs and shocks
-eibach pro kit
-koni's
-and some awesome super sticky tires

Safety
-cage and 5 points

-----remember i'm no pro and this is what i think would be a good setup. the list is in no order of importance either

Re: Best road course set-up???

If you don't know much, get out to a track and start driving the car and talking to experienced drivers. Even with all the mods in the world, an unexperienced driver will not know how to drive a car fast. Then, do some research- are you going to try to compete or are you just wanting a good handling car to play with and have fun driving on a track? If you are going to compete, you need to pick a class and modify the car according to the class rules.

Re: Best road course set-up???

Hello
Look into a set of sway bars and shocks and springs, and then SFC's and an adjustable pan hard bar! That will give you a solid base to build on! Below is a link to show you what all we have to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be glad to help!
Thanks
Brad
