Rear wheel wobbles. Maybe axel warpped

So its takin me longer to get my new rear than I thought. I was looking at why my rear right wheel wobbles and I dont see anything wrong. Im guessing the axel is warped. Idk. I was wondering should this have any play in it? I can wiggle it a little. The plate that holds the studs.

Re: Rear wheel wobbles. Maybe axel warpped

it will have some play in and out, but shouldnt have any side to side. It could be a bad bearing, or the axle in bent, or the wheel is bent, ect.

odds are you only have a bent rim . swap with a different wheel , if wobble follows wheel . problem solved . good luck .

Weeping any fluid on the back side? If so, the seal and bearings are probably shot--and if they're shot the axle probably is too, especially with that wobble. For general info, you might consider the following link:

Re: Rear wheel wobbles. Maybe axel warpped

i have a wobble too, after i burnt off the rear wheels with burnouts, they had a bubble to them, so i drove it home and changed it out, well after i changed the wheels and tires to a pair that have BRAND NEW tires and just got balanced, the car wobbles. usually not noticable under 40. it seems to be the front but someone disagreeed and said it was the back.... ideas.
