Just bought my Spohn K-Member and A-Arms

I just ordered the Spohn tubular k-member and a-ams with the spring pocket so I can reuse my brand new Eibachs and KYBs that have less then 1,000 miles on them. I've been waiting for this upgrade for 2 years! I can't wait.

Anyway, is there anything else I'm missing for the install? I presume it will all be a bolt in swap right? I'm figuring I'll use a cherrypicker to hold the engine up. Just gotta figure out where to put the jack stands since my SFCs don't go that far forward...

put the jack stands on the frame right at the firewall.

Re: Just bought my Spohn K-Member and A-Arms

had a shop install mine over the weekend, although i did help a bit. having the tools and lift helped out tremendously. its definitely more of a job then i initially thought it would be. Some rusty bolts and getting the springs in the perches were the biggest problem. overall happy with the look, weight loss, and drive ability. although my front end lifted up about 1/2" after the install, wasn't too happy about that good luck with the install

that could be an issue with spring indexing. Or drive it for a while and see if it settles. If not, and if it really bothers you, trim your springs a little.
