Please help me "91 z28"
I am hearing a ticking noise coming from my back left tire. the faster i go the faster it ticks. what is this?

does it go away when you hit the brakes I have a similar sound that goes away when I hit the brakes which makes sense because i need new rear shoes .

Check that tire to see if there's either a piece of gravel stuck in the tread or a nail/screw/other debris actually penetrating it.

It may be the brakes if it has drums back there.

Wheel bearings usually howl. I would look at the brakes and the splash guard if it's rear disk.

agree...also check u-joints....and even loose lug nuts......jack it up (safely) and put in gear and see if you can hear or even see it.....
