The guy i bought it from said the torque bar that runs all the way back from the tranny to the rear differential needs a new bushing. im not quite sure if that what it is and i was wondering if anyone has expirenced this problem and could tell me whats wrong. We thought it might be a u joint but they seem fine.

The torque arm is a long piece that runs parallel to the drive shaft from the rear end to the trans. There should be a bushing on the trans end. More likely, though, it's, as DJP mentions, the trans mount (the mount supports/cushions the tail shaft of the trans). A poly replacement for either is your best bet.

Hello
Like mentioned above check the bushing they usually get cut! And make sure the hardware to the torque arm is tightened to specs. If you do need a replacement poly bushing we also offer those for $14.99 plus S/H. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help!
Thanks
Brad
