Power steering fluid question?

Hi everybody.

I'm a new user (from Serbia) and I bought Pontiac Firebird GTA 5.7l few days ago. Can anybody tell me, what kind of fluid I need to buy for power steering? I'll buy Haynes and Chilton manual, but until that happen' , I need that information.

Thank you in advance.

Re: Power steering fluid question?

Thank you for your help. Is there any way to find out what kind/type of tranny is in my Pontiac? Only that I know is that it is automatic tranny with 4 speed
There is no adequate knowledge for this car in Serbia, so my question may be so stupid

Stupid question - Why is the sky blue?
Stupid answer - If it was green, we wouldn't know where the horizon was.

Stupid question - Honey, does this outfit make me look fat?
Stupid answer - A reply of any sort.
