I'm looking to replace the worn out stock steering components on my car, I've seen various set ups using Hotchkis, Moog, and Spohn steering pieces but was wondering if one was better than the other. Spohn seems to have the most bang for the buck as its $16 cheaper than the Moog parts and $177 cheaper than Hotchkis plus neither of those kits include tie rod sleeves. Any information would be great.
Re: Hotchkis vs. Moog vs. Spohn Steering Rebuild Kits
I still like the idea of one site shopping and went with Spohn's Steering Kit. Also knew that they were High Quality correct parts and they would fit my 3rd gen car. Everything went togther with no problems.
Re: Hotchkis vs. Moog vs. Spohn Steering Rebuild Kits
dont forget the steering box and strut mounts.....I rebuilt the box, replaced the mounts with J&M's and replaced all the steering linkages with moog......no more slop and she steers better than new!
