The hard part about the coil over kit for me was the thrust bearings and making sure that they stayed in place when I raised the srping into place.
One thing that I wish that I'd thought of when I orignally installed it, was to put anti-seize on the bearings. After 3.5 years now they kinda got rusty and needed to be replaced. Which is no big deal.
As for the k--memeber install, the hard part was just supporting the engine. I did that with a block of wood under the ballancer. Tho I don't recomend that and rather have used a engine hoist. Eh, when ya don't have a full shop at your disposal when I installed. I worked with what I had.
But the install for both is pretty straight forward.
