Prothane Instructions for Rear Control Arm Bushings

A few years back I purchased a total car bushing kit from Spohn and started working on rebuilding my steering and suspension. While I did get the front end rebuild and most of the rear, I held off on the rear control arm bushings because I was going to swap the rear end out for a 9-bolt. Of course, time and money got in the way and my poor car has been sitting in the garage without the rear end in it with a freshly rebuild 9-bolt sitting on blocks.

Considering that I have been out of work, I decided that it is time to reclaim the garage. Unfortunately I have misplaced the instruction sheet that came with the bushing kit and I am not sure what to do with the eight small rings that came with the kit or which way the bushings should face when they are pressed into the control arms.

Spohn has told me that they don't have a copy of the instructions and Prothane has not responded to my request.

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the instructions that they can scan and share with me?

Thanks in advance!
