He didn't say if it was lowered or not, and it shouldn't need LCARB's if it is at stock height.
If it is at stock height, try poly LCA and TA bushings.

I noticed that you are having wheel hop issues! Actually it could be a few different things causing this. I would suggest looking into (like mentioned above) The lower control arm relocation brackets. And also look into replacing your stamped factory lower control arms. And it could go as far as your spring and shock combo. These are just a few suggestions and below is a link to show you what all UMI Performance has to offer!

LCARB's aren't going to help if he doesn't need them.
You can tell if you need LCARB's by looking at your LCA angle. If they are lower at the front than the rear, LCARB's should help, but if the rear of your LCA's are lower or if they are level you shouldn't need them.
Wheel hop is usually caused by worn or damaged parts, such as bushings or shocks.

What I meant by it is if the rear control arms rubber bushings are shot. Then they would allow the control arm to flex therefore causing the wheel hop.

I don't think a bad bushing would cause the LCA to flex, it would just allow excessive flex in the bushing.

With the relocation bracket you can change your instant center on the car and increase traction and eliminate hop on a lowered or stock car. Best bang for your buck in this situation.
