"self bleeding" brake bleeder screws??
I found these today in pep boys today($7 pair) basically regular brake bleeder screws with a spring loaded one-way valve inside.would these even properly bleed my brakes? I'm afraid of them wearing out and leaking. I really like the idea though.

I have had Russell auto bleeders on my car for three years with no problems and are they a great help when you bleed your brakes alone.

I don't believe they'll wear out & leak, because when you tighten them down, they seal- like a normal bleeder. It's only when you loosen the thing that the check-ball & valve activates.
Everyone that's had them really likes them, and Hot Rod reviewed them a few times. What's the GM size again, 1.50? I forget
[edit] I think it came to me- 12mm x 1.50? Is that right?
